Just (finally) heard back from Apple: they will be restoring I’ll Pass to the app store. I just need to jump through a few hoops, but it should be back shortly. Thanks for your patience.

Today I was notified that “I’ll Pass” was removed from the app store because Apple is “no longer allowing gambling apps by individual developers”. If you have played “I’ll Pass”, you already know that the game has nothing to do with gambling, real or simulated. I’ve appealed this decision.
